Bright Data engaged PwC to conduct an ISAE 3000 assurance engagement, focused on evaluating Bright Data’s internal compliance and ethics controls. This assurance engagement was performed to provide independent validation of Bright Data’s internal processes and commitment to ethical data practices.

The resulting report, dated 29/06/2025, was prepared by PwC Digital Technology Services Ltd. ("PwC") exclusively for Bright Data Ltd. and is now available for viewing.


Terms of Disclosure

The following terms are provided by PwC Israel and must be accepted before accessing the report. Please read carefully.

PwC Israel conducted for Bright Data Ltd. ("Bright Data") an ISAE 3000 Assurance Report dated 29/06/2025 auditing the compliance and ethics internal controls of Bright Data's (the "Report").

You must agree to PwC Israel's terms and conditions below before you access the report.

In this letter, PwC Digital Technology Services Ltd., “PwC Israel” or “we” means the entity issuing this letter and the Report and “you” means the user or entity requested to accept its terms.

You understand that the work performed by PwC Israel and the Report was conducted exclusively for Bright Data's sole benefit and use. PwC Israel has permitted Bright Data to provide you access to the Report subject to your acceptance of the terms of this letter.

You acknowledge that the Report was prepared at the direction and instructions of Bright Data and may not include all procedures deemed necessary for your purposes and that certain findings and information may have been communicated to Bright Data that are not reflected in the Report. You acknowledge that the Report and our deliverables or any other information received, orally or in writing from PwC Israel or from Bright Data (or from anyone on its behalf) should not be taken to replace inquiries and procedures that you should undertake and any use or reliance of such shall be under your own risk and responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PwC Israel owes no duty or responsibility to you, whether in contract or in tort (including in negligence) or under statute or otherwise with respect to or in connection with the Report.

Our audits, conclusions and other information included in the Report are valid for the date of the report only. Other events may have occurred since our work was performed or the date of matters to which the Report relates. It is not PwC Israel’s responsibility to update you on such events. In consideration of allowing you access to the Report and, if requested by you, discussing the Report, you agree that you will not acquire any rights as a result of such access that it would not otherwise have had, and acknowledges that PwC Israel does not assume any duties, obligations or responsibility to you in connection with such access.

You agree to release PwC Israel from any claim by you that arises as a result of your access to the Report. Further, you agree to treat the Report and PwC Israel's deliverables or any information you receive relating to PwC Israel, orally or in writing from PwC Israel or from Bright Data (or from anyone on its behalf) strictly confidential and not to copy, print, download, export, decompile, refer, disclose or distribute them to any third party without PwC Israel’s prior written consent.

This letter and any dispute arising from it, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel. By checking the below checkbox hereinunder you hereby irrevocably agree to the terms and conditions of this release letter and represent and warrant your authority to bind the company you represent, and this letter shall apply and be equally binding upon said company. We will then permit provision of the Deliverable to you.
